    加压毛细管电色谱是近年发展起来的一种新型微分离分析技术,它整合了毛细管电泳与液相色谱的优点,通过在填充有HPLC填料的毛细管电色谱柱两端施加高压直流电场,样品在毛细管色谱柱中的保留行为同时受到电渗流及其在流动相与固定相之间分配系数的影响,大大提高了样品分离能力,在双重分离机制的作用下, pCEC 对于被分离样品细微之处的分辨能力得到了极大的提高。代表了分析学界高效微分离的趋势,尤其适用于复杂生物及化学体系的研究。 结合毛细管柱上检测技术, pCEC 可与紫外检测器( UV )、荧光检测器(FLD)、激光诱导荧光检测器(LIF)、电化学检测器( ECD )及质谱( MS )等多种检测手段联用,应用领域极为广泛。
